1. Purpose of the site

The gabolistudio.ca website presents the web design services offered by Gaboli Studio. The information found on it is provided for information purposes and constitutes neither a contractual offer nor a firm commitment.

2. Published prices

Published prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes, and correspond to the scope described in each package. The monthly amount corresponds to financing over 24 months offered to incorporated businesses only; a setup deposit is due at signature. After the term, only hosting and maintenance continue. Paying cash remains the least expensive option in total. A project whose scope differs from the one described is the subject of a separate quote. Prices may be changed at any time; the price applicable to your project is the one written in your contract.

3. Financing

The monthly payment option is reserved for incorporated businesses. It is not offered to consumers within the meaning of the Loi sur la protection du consommateur (Consumer Protection Act). The term, the amount, the rate and all of the terms and conditions are established with the client and presented to the client in writing before any signature. No request submitted through this site constitutes an approval of financing.

4. Ownership of the delivered site

On going live, the client becomes the owner of the code, the content and the domain name of their site, in accordance with the terms of their service contract. Gaboli Studio retains ownership of its internal tools, templates and methods, which are not part of the delivery.

5. Intellectual property of this site

The content of gabolistudio.ca — text, images, code, trademarks and visual elements — belongs to Gaboli Studio and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

6. Timelines

The advertised 30-day timeline runs from the complete receipt of the content requested from the client, and not from the signature. Delays attributable to the supply of the content extend the timeline by as much. A setup deposit, shown on the package grid, is due at signature; it is non-refundable once production has begun.

7. Changes after going live

Each package includes 3 hours of changes per 6-month period. These changes are carried out by Gaboli Studio, at the client’s request; the client does not have to work inside the site itself. Unused hours do not carry over. Beyond the included hours, work is billed at 95 $ an hour, after written approval from the client.

8. Limitation of liability

Gaboli Studio takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this site, without guaranteeing that it is exhaustive. The studio cannot be held liable for decisions made on the sole basis of the content of this site. The articles published in the Resources section are general in nature and constitute neither legal advice, nor accounting advice, nor financial advice.

9. External links

This site may contain links to third-party sites. Gaboli Studio exercises no control over their content and assumes no responsibility for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
