What we wish somebody had explained to us before buying a website.
Yes, completely. The code, the domain name and the content are registered in your name and belong to you 100 % from the moment the site goes live. If one day you want to hand your site to someone else, you need nobody’s permission. That is the difference between buying and renting, and with us it is not negotiable.
From 30 days for all three packages, starting from the moment we have your information and your photos. The timeline depends a lot on you: the projects that take longer are almost always the ones where we are waiting on content. We send you one list, at the start, to avoid exactly that.
The financing ends, simply. There is no automatic renewal. You keep your site and you go on paying only for hosting and maintenance, from 49 $ a month, the way any owner pays their insurance. You can also move the hosting elsewhere if you prefer.
We do, and that is on purpose. You do not have to learn a tool or risk breaking something on a Sunday night. Every package includes 3 hours of changes every 6 months: you write us what you want changed, we do it. Beyond those hours it is 95 $ an hour — a rate we always tell you before we start, never after.
Our packages are built for businesses, and the monthly financing is reserved for incorporated businesses. An individual can still purchase a site, but our way of working — local SEO, quote requests, Google Business Profile — is made for people who sell something.
