Yes, and the amount is lower than the sum of the 24 monthly payments — financing has a real cost and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We simply do not display it here: a large number sitting next to a monthly one scares people off for no reason, while most of our clients choose monthly anyway. Ask during the 15-minute call and we give it to you on the spot, no runaround.
Every month we check that your site is indexed in Google, its speed, any broken pages and your forms, and we keep your Google Business Profile up to date. From the Structure package up, we go further: adjusting titles and copy based on real searches, tracking your positions, and reporting how many calls the site generated. The three levels are detailed here.
The rate and the terms depend on your business and are set with you, on the phone or in the contract, before anything is signed. They are never presented after the fact. We do not publish a rate because there is not a single one: it varies by file. What is fixed is the monthly amount shown on this page.
No. Hosting, the domain name, the security certificate, backups and the SEO follow-up are all inside the price shown. Two amounts are added, and they are written in black and white: the setup deposit, due at signature, and any changes beyond the 3 hours every 6 months included, billed at 95 $ an hour after you approve. Extras — logo, photo shoot, French version — are quoted to you by email or phone, never added without your approval.
It happens, and that is fine. A site with an 800-product inventory or an integration with your management software falls outside the packages. Write us what you have in mind: we answer with a price, not with an invitation to three meetings.
Upward, yes, any time: we adjust the difference. Downward, only before design work starts, because once the work is done it is done. That is exactly what the 15-minute scoping call is for: making sure you start on the right package.
